超強力磁鐵(釹鐵硼磁鐵)
永久磁鐵(釹鐵硼磁鐵)為目前各種磁鐵材質中唯一最強的實用永磁材料,技術成熟於上世紀80年代。與通常的鋁鎳鈷,鐵氧體等永磁材料相比,永久磁鐵有著十份優異的特性.其磁能積遠高於其它類磁體,約為鋁鎳鈷和硬磁鐵氧體等磁性材料的10倍,理論值達64MGOe.可稱“一代磁王”.
永久磁鐵表面通常以電鍍來防止表面氧化,可分鍍鎳、鋅、錫、銀、金,磷化處理或環氧樹脂等處理來減慢其氧化速度.
